PHNOM PENH: On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” formalized a partnership with the Digital Technology Association “CDTA” led by Oknha Ph.D. Chhin Ken through the Memorandum of Understanding promotes and enhances the technology sector in Cambodia.

Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two associations aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals of:

(1) establishing cooperative relations to help promote the expansion of ecosystem technology
(2) increase funding for companies through crowdsourcing, angel investing, and venture capital
(3) Promote technology businesses by providing guidance, education, and resources
(4) Find new markets and business perspectives for technology companies to help increase their markets and customers
(5) Promote collaboration. IT Startup and other partners, investors, and experts in the field of technology (6) Evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership through matching, successful, the amount of investment collected by Tech Startups, and business expansion of technology companies. (7) To ensure the success of the partnership by reviewing and updating the MoU
(8) Provide training to each member for the basic needs of the market needs
(9) Collaborate business arrangements with foreign investors

CDTA is the representative of and acts as a non-profit institution that brings together digital and technology-based businesses in Cambodia to create a strong community to support the Royal Government of Cambodia's digital economy policy.
