Agriculture exports to China earned Cambodia nearly $2 billion

PHNOM PENH: According to the Chinese Embassy in , from 2019 to the end of June 2022, Cambodia exported 2.4 million tons of agricultural products to China, earning $1,942 million.

Mr. Dith Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, stated that 2022 marks the 12th year that diplomatic relations have been elevated to the level of comprehensive strategic partnership and expansion of relations in all areas, including trade, business, and investment.

He stated that agricultural exports from Cambodia to China totaled more than 580,000 tons, valued at approximately $491 million in the first nine months of 2022.
