Wing Bank to sponsor a women entrepreneurship forum

PHNOM PENH: Yesterday, Wing Bank announced on its social media their support the women by sponsoring the “Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum and Local Trade Fair”.

The forum is organized by Pact Cambodia under the WE Act project funded by USAID. With support from USAID, Pact’s WE Act project works closely with the Women Resource Center to support hundreds of women like Tien to improve their business

This event aims to create a strong network of female entrepreneurs and equip them with crucial information and resources to address the challenges they encounter.

It aligns perfectly with Wing Bank’s goal of promoting financial inclusivity and empowering businesses, especially those led by women in Cambodia.

Pact is implementing the 5-year Women Entrepreneurs Act project (WE Act) funded by USAID. This project focuses on supporting young women and youth in urban areas to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to succeed as entrepreneurs.

WE Act’s activities are primarily implemented through partnerships with more than 30 different Cambodian organizations. Pact supports these partner organizations to increase their internal organizational capacities, based on their own identified operational and technical needs.
