PHNOM PENH: On June 11, 2023, the Odom project opened with a unique design that combines Khmer heritage patterns with the expertise of Singaporean architects.

The project belongs to Urban Living Solutions (ULS), a Cambodian company that specializes in community-focused and eco-friendly development initiatives.

The Odom project consists of several components, including a 45-story office building that features six Sky Villages, co-ownership, and 43,000 square meters of floor space.

Additionally, there is a mixed commercial building that houses five floors beneath the office building with a five-story car park, offering 400 parking spaces and a high-speed charging station for electric cars.

Sales and commercial space comprise an area of 9,500 square meters, while the 22-story residential building finalizes the development.

ULS is a development company that focuses on the lifestyle of the people who live and work in Cambodia. Rather than solely focusing on constructing large condos, the firm considers the country's unique landscape to ensure that all projects benefit the surrounding community.
