PHNOM PENH: The construction of AEON Mall 3, located on Samdech Techo Hun Sen Boulevard or 60m Road in the ING City Satellite City Development Area, is well underway and set to open in December 2022.

The first phase of this project, Cambodia's third AEON, will begin operations on December 15, 2022. The project will cost nearly $300 million and take up more than 18 hectares of land.

The AEON3 project, a mixed-use shopping center with a total sales area of 170,000 square meters, is the largest of Cambodia's three AEON supermarkets.

There is plenty of outdoor parking at the market project. The project will take 24 months to complete since the breaking ground, with an official launch date of 2023.

Samdech Techo Boulevard, also known as the 60-meter road, is developing into a high-potential area that has attracted significant investment from both domestic and foreign investors.

Currently, the area contains many international shopping malls, luxury residential buildings, commercial buildings, shopping malls, and entertainment and international standard schools.
