Mr. Seap said that the annual meeting is an opportunity for members to exchange experiences in the field of appraisal of ASEAN and real estate, as well as other developed countries.

He also said that the goal is to bring international appraisal standards to Cambodia and develop a highly competitive appraisal agency sector internationally, as well as promote opportunities in the real estate and investment sector in Cambodia.

Oknha Cheng Kheng, Member of the Board of Directors of CVEA and Chairman of CPL Real Estate Appraisal said, “It is a matter of pride for us, on behalf of Cambodia, to work with ASEAN associations to raise the appraisal standards in Cambodia. There is high competition.”

He also said that the meeting is an opportunity for Cambodia to learn from new and good experiences, and strengths from those countries to develop the appraisal and real estate sector in Cambodia.
