PHNOM PENH: Jet Realty has signed MOU with doubledoor.io, a mobile APP and online real-estate listing vertical marketplace and a well-known online real estate marketplace that makes use of the most advanced and extensive shopping software in Europe and Asia.

MOU aims to facilitate online foreign investment in overseas residential real estate and increase domestic property sales to international markets, attract financial inflows into the country, and participate in Cambodia's housing and tourism development.

On September 19, 2022, Duke Srey Chanthorn, Founder of Jet Realty, and AMY Kwan, Founder of DoubleDoor.io, held a signing ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. Jet Realty's President also intends to expand Cambodia's real estate potential to neighboring countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos.

Duke Srey Chanthorn also presents land and housing projects in Sre Ambel in the context of development and three main potentials:

1. It is located between Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, Phnom Penh and Kampot, and Phnom Penh and Koh Kong
2. A large land area with beautiful natural scenery, surrounded by canals and connected to the sea road, which allows you to travel to Sihanoukville in less time.
3. There are plans to develop the city in the style of Dubai, with luxury, comfort, and international recognition.

Duke Srey Chanthorn added MOU will help improve local property prices and attract more foreign financial flows into the country through a memorandum of understanding between Jet Realty and DoubleDoor.io.
