Phnom Penh: On 23^rd September 2022, PropNex Cambodia, a part of Singapore's Number One Largest Listed Real Estate Agency, held its Grand Opening at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

With the belief in adding value and providing the best service, PropNex – led by a management team of visionaries has since been nurturing a group of world-class realty professionals.

This winning combination has resulted in phenomenal business growth and regional expansion. PropNex Cambodia consists of the full scope of property services such as project marketing, residential & commercial brokerage, land & investment, property valuation, research consulting, and property management.

They aspire to groom ethical and experienced teams' care and put the interests of their clients first. Currently, PropNex Cambodia has 400 agents and hopes to achieve 1000 salespersons by next year, 2023.

Alan Neo, Chairman of PropNex Cambodia shares his thoughts: “PropNex came to Cambodia in May 2021. Thida Ann, Managing Director of PropNex Cambodia states her aim and goals for the upcoming year: “Our intention and goals for the upcoming year is to carry out our comprehensive training programs, to continuously care about our people & give back to our country by contributing and donating towards social causes. We want to support our team by building them up to be a stronger team to be able to assist all of our clients more professionally. We update all the clients about market information by releasing property marketing updates from time to time.”

During the afternoon event held at the Town Hall, we had a private gathering for PropNex Cambodia's internal team and sales agents along with their families. The event was filled with so much enthusiasm and joy and everyone came together for the Awards Ceremony to celebrate the well-deserved outstanding performances of 54 PropNexians Champions Awardees for the years 2020 to March 2022.

During the evening's Gala Dinner, we are honored to welcome over 220 guests, with the support of their lead developers and stakeholders who supported the event, the Gala Dinner was held at the Raffles Hotel Royal Ballroom and started off with flags march in by PropNexians.

We had one salesperson per flag representing all six countries of PropNex's regional presence; Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, and Cambodia. Followed by an opening address by Alan Neo, Chairman of PropNex Cambodia, a speech by Managing Director, Thida Ann, an address by Singapore PropNex co-founder & Executive Director, Alan Lim, and Key Executive Officer Lim Yong Hock as well as speeches by the VIPs H.E Mey Van, Secretary of the Ministry of Economics and Finance, and last but not least Alvin Koh the Deputy Chief of Mission, representative of Ambassador of Singapore to Cambodia her excellency Teo Lay Cheng.

The rest of the evening was welcomed by Traditional Cambodian Activities (dance and performances) and a rehearsed dance performance by 15 dedicated PropNexians who confidently took over the stage and were appreciated by the audience.

For the rest of the evening, the guests enjoyed a delicious Asian-Fusion cuisine dinner followed by a networking session. This milestone achieved by PropNex Cambodia is definitely a day to remember since its launch on 19 May 2021.
