PHNOM PENH: On Sunday, September 17, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association “IDI” led by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDI and ID Capital Plc. “IDC” signed a memorandum of understanding with Chongqing Hongjiu Fruit, Advance Digital World Trade “ADWT” and Artwell Tapioca Limited “ATL” (a subsidiary of Hong Kong's listed Asia Cassava Resources Holdings) at the signing ceremony of the 20th Cambodia-ASEAN Expo in China.

Through this Memorandum of Understanding, all parties intend to work closely together to achieve common goals of (1) Focus on cooperation to improve the agricultural sector. (2) Focus on the transformation and development of the cassava sector. (3) To help promote the export of agricultural products to China.

Dr. Hor Sereyvath emphasized that we welcome working with all parties to help invest in Cambodia's agricultural sector and boost exports. We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all stakeholders, especially HE Chea Kok Hong, Director of the Secretariat of the Entrepreneur Development Fund of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, for his strong support in making this cooperation happen.
