PHNOM PENH: Despite the presence of many high-rise buildings in Phnom Penh, Canadia Tower remains the first A-level and high-rise office building in the city center, attracting national and international investors.
The building remains a symbol of one of Phnom Penh’s tallest buildings and the tallest building in Cambodia until 2014, and it is not overlooked by national and international investors who have invested in Cambodia.
The 32-story commercial building houses major financial institutions such as Canadia Bank’s corporate headquarters, as well as public and private offices, retail stores, restaurants, and underground parking.
Canadia Tower is a billion-dollar investment by OCIC of Duke Pung Kheavse, Cambodia’s largest and leading real estate developer.
With major projects such as Phnom Penh Thmey International Airport, Koh Pich City, Koh Nora Satellite City, Chroy Changvar Satellite City, and Olympia City Complex, OCIC’s core competencies are satellite city real estate development and property management.
Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) received the Cambodia Real Estate Awards 2022 in Phnom Penh in April 2022 for outstanding investment efforts in Cambodia’s real estate industry.
