Phnom Penh to see a new 40th-floor high mixed-used building

PHNOM PENH: Chief Tower, an international mixed-use business center, is preparing to finish its planned construction by bringing an international hotel brand to Phnom Penh.

Chief Tower is owned by JS Property Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based JS Property Group, and is home to Chief Bank, one of Cambodia’s leading commercial banks, a recently reported by Property Area.

According to an unnamed source, Chief Tower will house the Cambodian headquarters of Chief Bank, as well as offices for rent and international hotels from the United States.

This commercial mixed-use building locates on Monivong Blvd. in Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang I, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh. Chief Tower previously worked for the Ministry of Health’s National Center for Malaria Control, Parasitology, and Bacteriology.

JS Property International Group has been investing in condos, factories, and hotels in Phnom Penh for over ten years.

The Chief Tower will have 25 floors of rentable office space, 5 floors of retail space, and 10 floors of hotel space, as well as a top-floor meeting room, a steam sauna, and a business meeting space.
