New underground parking garage and shopping mall to solve city’s public parking problem

PHNOM PENH: Phnom Penh Governor Khuong Sreng presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of an underground parking garage, shopping mall, and resort in Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Daun Penh.

The governor said that the project will help to solve the problem of public parking in the city and create more business opportunities for businesses. He also expressed his hope that the project will enhance the beauty of Phnom Penh and make it a more civilized city.

The project is being developed by EDC Juta (Cambodia), a local company with a large investment. The project will include four floors, two of which will be underground parking garages and the other two will be shopping malls. The shopping malls will have a total area of 33,120 square meters and will be able to accommodate 516 cars.

The governor said that the project is a significant contribution to the private sector and will help to make Phnom Penh a more livable city. He also thanked EDC Juta for investing in the project and wished them success.

Daun Penh district is a major residential and commercial area in the heart of Phnom Penh. It is a bustling and vibrant district with heavy traffic on almost all roads and a constant flow of goods and services. The district is home to a wide range of businesses, including banks, financial institutions, trading companies, and retailers.

It is also a major transportation hub, with several bus stations and a train station located in the area, and also a major tourist destination, with many popular attractions, such as the Central Market, the Royal Palace, and the National Museum.
