PHNOM PENH: On March 18, 2024, a delegation of 13 Myanmar investors visited Cambodia to explore opportunities in the real estate market.

The Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) hosted a reception for the delegation. Mr. Meas Sam Ol, Digital Technical Advisor, played a key role in coordinating the event. During the reception, a presentation was delivered on the Cambodian real estate market and the legal framework governing foreign investment in the sector.

Following the meeting, the CVEA facilitated a site visit for the investors to Prince Real Estate's condominium project and Urban Village project. This visit aimed to provide the delegation with a firsthand look at investment options in Cambodia.

As this was the investors' first visit to Cambodia, they expressed particular interest in condominium projects. However, they remain open to exploring other potential opportunities in the market.
