Kampot’s tallest commercial building project resumes

PHNOM PENH: After a delay, the first commercial building of Thai Bun Rang company in the heart of Kampot city has resumed construction at a faster pace to carry out its plan.

The project manager, Professor Tuos Saphoeun, informed Property Area last week that after a brief lull, we have started reconstructing, and that work has so far reached the eighth floor. He claimed that the foundation’s construction, which could take up to a year, was what pushed the delay.

According to him, if nothing changes, the project could be finished by the end of 2023 and put into operation by the end of 2024. He stated, “This business center has contemporary hotels, apartments, restaurants, offices, Sky Bar, shopping centers, steam saunas, gyms, and so on.
