PHNOM PENH: On Monday, June 05, 2023, the Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) and ID Capital Plc. (IDC) represented by Mr. Chap Sopheak, Secretary General and CEO of IDC, met with Prince Bank Plc. represented by Mr. Looi Kok Soon, Deputy CEO and colleague to discuss the extension of Prince's financial services to IDI members and IDC's investment projects.

During the meeting, the two firms explored Prince's banking services that could potentially address the needs of IDI members. Additionally, the parties also discussed the possibility of Prince Bank's financial participation in IDC investment projects. As a result, the parties will study in deeper detail, which might lead to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize the collaboration.

Prince Bank Plc. started its business operations in 2015 as a private microfinance institution under the former name “Prince Finance Plc.” and was transformed into a commercial bank. The Bank offers products such as current and savings accounts, term deposits, home loans, personal loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities.
