PHNOM PENH: On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Paulo Gaspar Rodrigues, CEO of Coca-Cola Cambodia Beverage Company, met with His Excellency Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).
The meeting focused on Coca-Cola Cambodia’s ongoing investments in the country and strengthening collaboration between the company and the government.

During the discussion, Mr. Rodrigues emphasized Coca-Cola Cambodia’s strong commitment to sourcing raw materials from local suppliers who meet the company’s quality and production standards. He also reaffirmed the company’s dedication to expanding its investment operations in Cambodia, contributing to the nation’s economic development.

Deputy Prime Minister Sun Chanthol commended Coca-Cola Cambodia’s commitment, highlighting the CDC’s role as the Royal Government’s central agency for overseeing development cooperation, private investment, and special economic zones. He assured Coca-Cola of the government’s continued support for private investment in Cambodia.
His Excellency further noted that the Royal Government views Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) as a crucial driver of national economic growth. He also pointed out that investors who procure inputs or utilize local raw materials receive additional incentives, part of a broader set of measures designed to attract and promote high-quality, efficient, and sustainable investments in Cambodia.
