PHNOM PENH: On July 18, 2022, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) approved four more investment projects totaling 96.8 million US dollars.

The Cambodia Special Economic Zone Committee of the Council for the Development of Cambodia decided to issue the investment project registration certificate to the following companies in response to the Company's investment request:

1. “L-Q New Energy CO., LTD.” is the first name. A solar panel factory will build in the UBE Snuol Special Economic Zone in Kratie province, with an investment of $84.5 million US dollars and the creation of approximately 1,000 jobs.

2. Eastcam Casting Company, Inc. The project involves the establishment of a factory to produce and process steel pipes and all types of steel pipes in the Shandong Sansel Special Economic Zone, Svay Rieng, Svay Rieng province, with an investment capital of 5.8 million US dollars and the creation of approximately 200 jobs.

3. “MEGA HARDWOOD CO., LTD” is a company. The project is to establish a factory to produce plywood and plywood in the Sihanoukville special economic zone, Sihanoukville province, with an investment capital of $5 million US dollars and the creation of approximately 300 jobs.

4. “XIN JIN WEI GARMENT (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD” The project to establish a garment factory in the Sihanoukville special economic zone, Sihanoukville province, with a 1.5 million US dollar investment capital and create jobs, approximately 550 people.
