PHNOM PENH: The Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), in partnership with the Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) and the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), officially launched the Access to Finance Program 2025 during the 2nd Young Entrepreneurs Gathering held at Raffles Le Royal Hotel in Phnom Penh on May 8.
The launch event was attended by key figures including Oknha Pech Bolen, President of YEAC; Mr. Rath Sophoan, Chairman of ABC; and Mrs. Dith Nita, Chairperson of the Board of Directors at CMA. Around 180 participants, including entrepreneurs and business owners, also took part.
Recognizing access to finance as a top strategic priority, YEAC has been working closely with financial institutions to design practical solutions that enhance entrepreneurs’ ability to secure business or investment loans more effectively and with reduced risk.
The Access to Finance Program 2025 aims to equip entrepreneurs with essential knowledge through training in areas such as cash flow management, business planning, working capital strategies, and document preparation.
The program also facilitates direct connections between entrepreneurs and financial institutions through two signature events: Financial Night and Investment Night.
Beyond networking events, the three partner associations will conduct capacity-building workshops and provide technical support to help participants prepare financial statements and establish strong financial systems—critical foundations for securing funding.
