PHNOM PENH: On Wednesday, May 24th, 2023, Innovation and Development Investors Associations “IDI” presided over by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors Oknha Lim Socheat, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and colleagues signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Amara Capital Plc. represented by Mr. Tang Lim Chhoung, Head of Investment, and colleagues.

Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions will establish strategic cooperation to promote business opportunities through financial support to IDI members and IDI / IDC business partners. At the same time, the two institutions will also cooperate in seeking opportunities for potential investment projects to the promote investment climate of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Amara Capital Plc. is a fund management company licensed by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia to establish and manage public funds, private funds, real estate investment trusts, and public and private funds, via digital or other electronic forms, and carry out crowdfunding business in the form of an intermediary between securities offering companies and investors.
