Construction of TIA, a US$1.7 billion project nearing completion, has surpassed 78% progress and remains on schedule for a mid-2025 launch. This significant development is spearheaded by Cambodia Airports Investment Private Limited (CAIC), a joint venture between OCIC and the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation Authority, established in 2018.
