Through this Memorandum of Understanding, the two institutions aim to collaborate closely to achieve the common goals of

(1) To extend support on capital or funding need via IPO, Bond Issuance, and Private Funding for IDI members, business partners, and related parties.

(2) To establish a channel for information exchanges with regards to the needs of financial services by IDI members and the support via capital market by RGS.

(3) To jointly provide education programs, training programs, study tours,s, etc. to both RGS’s employees and IDI members.

(4) To collaborate and initiate co-join marketing activities with the aim of improving the parties’ brand awareness.
