PHNOM PENH: Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet received here at the Peace Palace this morning visiting Managing Director at SpaceX – Starlink Ms. Rebecca Hunter.
During the meeting, Ms. Rebecca Hunter briefed the Premier on the operations of SpaceX – Starlink services and highlighted that Cambodia is a high priority destination for the company’s investment in 2025.
Moreover, Ms. Hunter informed Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister that her delegation will also hold discussions with relevant ministries and institutions of Cambodia during the visit.
For his part, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet welcomed the company’s interest in exploring investment opportunities and establishing relations with the Royal Government of Cambodia.
Moreover, he highlighted the Royal Government’s policy to develop the technology sector in response to the current rapid evolution of technology.
Taking the opportunity, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet encouraged Ms. Rebecca Hunter to continue to establish contacts and discuss with relevant Cambodian ministries and institutions for investment opportunities in the Kingdom.
