PHNOM PENH: The southern part of Phnom Penh expects to become a new economic corridor, combining residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The local real estate market remains active for sale and development.
According to Mr. Dith Channa, CEO of Lucky Realty, the real estate sector in the south of Phnom Penh refers to real estate from Chab Takhmao to the new international airport (Techo International Airport) or 3rd ring road. The real estate situation in this area is still good, particularly housing development.
“The real estate situation in the south of Phnom Penh has been growing well in recent times,” said Mr. Dith Channa, referring to the development and purchase of housing from Chab Takhmao to the new international airport.
He also mentioned that several new roads are under construction to connect to the new airport and even the ring road projects, which will boost the real estate sector south of Phnom Penh even more.
