PHNOM PENH: According to an OCIC report issued this morning, July 9th, 2022, over 200 hectares of land in the Chroy Changvar area will be transformed into a “City of the Future” as part of the large project “Crown Jewel.”
OCIC mentioned that: Chroy Changvar is becoming a new international business district that meets all the demands for trade, economy, and way of life, attracting local and international investors, generating significant economic growth, and improving living standards.
Chroy Changvar will be the “Crown Jewel” of Phnom Penh and Cambodia, complemented by GMS’s extensive transportation and logistics networks, including the Southern Economic Corridor (SEC), which will provide absolute accessibility and connectivity. It will create new trading and investment opportunities for the entire region, making it one of the region’s new economic hubs once AEC integration is complete.
Over 200 hectares of land will be transformed into a “City of the Future” as part of this project. This “city within a city” is made up of a thriving commercial zone, a prominent business zone, and a must-see tourist attraction.
It will also provide a prime location for exclusive living and working, and ultimately, happiness, surrounded by green, pristine conditions along the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers.
OCIC was founded in 2000 to provide leadership, development capability, funding, and finance solutions across the project cycle to support property and infrastructure development that drives progress.
