IDI and IDC organized orientation programs for new member applicants

PHNOM PENH: Innovation and Development Investors Association (IDI) and ID Capital Plc. (IDC) presided over by Dr. Hor Sereyvath, Chairman of the Board of Directors, H.E. Chea Kok Hong, Vice-Chairman, Mr. Chab Sopheak, Secretary General and IDC’s CEO, with the participation of Board Members, conducted orientation programs for new members at Astor Hall, 28th floor of Flatiron Building which consist of 104 new member applicants, divided into 3 sessions: May 16th, May 22nd, May 31st respectively.
To commence the program, Dr. Hor Sereyvath expressed a welcome remark to all the participants and explained the genesis of IDI as well as the achievements that the association has accomplished up to date. Additionally, H.E. Chea Kok Hong also delivered a statement on the change of modern mindset to seize the opportunity and increase efficiency which every investor must embrace in the context of the free market economy.
After the welcoming remarks, Mr. Chap Sopheak delivered the presentation which the main points included (1) the IDI and IDC profile, (2) Assessed Investment Projects, (3) The Benefits of IDI Membership, and (4) the Application for DI Membership.
It is worth noting that the benefits of IDI membership include Gain on Investment Projects and Revenue Sharing, Access to Investment Funds, Access to Potential Business/Investment Opportunities, Public Exposure, Prospective Leads, Business Partners, Investment/Business Matching, Network of Business Contacts, Technical Consultancy, Special Privileges from Partners, and Project/Business Referral.
After the presentation, the participants expressed their support and indicated a willingness to enroll as IDI Members. Responding to the eager interest, Dr. Hor Sereyvath extended his appreciation to all the member applicants for their attendance. He also pledged to continue to lead IDI and IDC to grow as part of the effort in promoting and developing the investment climate and society of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
