Cambodian Chamber Seeks Taiwanese Tech Investment

PHNOM PENH: A high-level meeting between Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Taiwan's Economic & Cultural office in Ho Chi Minh City explored opportunities for increased Taiwanese investment.

On May 28th, Oknha Nguon Meng Tech, Director General of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, met with Mr. Stanley Chang, Director of Economic Affairs.

Oknha Nguon Meng Tech, acting as High Representative for Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (CCC) and Chair of the Council Cambodia, requested Mr. Chang encourage more Taiwanese technology .

The discussion focused on the Cambodian business climate and its appeal to investors. Oknha Nguon Meng Tech highlighted Cambodia's investment-friendly laws, political stability, and growing infrastructure, including the upcoming The Funan Techo Canal project. These factors, he argued, all benefit potential investors.

The meeting concluded positively, with both parties expressing a desire for continued collaboration.
