PHNOM PENH: The “Cambodia-Viet Nam Trade Promotion” Programme was held in Phnom Penh last week to further boost bilateral trade volume and investment between the two countries.
The event, presided over by H.E. Seang Thay, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce, took place at Novotel Hotel Phnom Penh. It was attended by ministry officials, trade attachés from both countries, representatives of the Cambodia Logistics Association, as well as numerous Cambodian and Vietnamese businesspeople.

The programme aimed to create opportunities for networking, exploring Cambodia’s market, exchanging ideas, and fostering business partnerships between entrepreneurs of both nations. Key sectors highlighted included agricultural products, construction materials, logistics, and trade services.
As part of the event, an exhibition was organised to showcase a wide range of construction materials, investment projects, and other goods and services designed to meet current market demands.
