PHNOM PENH: The Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia has firmly reassured that Cambodia remains entirely safe and secure for tourism and travel through international connected flights and many land border crossing points.

“Acknowledging a ceasefire agreement has officially come into force, fully restoring peace and stability in all areas of the Kingdom, including those previously affected by the recent border incident near Preah Vihear Temple, all our breathtaking and scenery tourist sites – including the World heritage Angkor Wat Temple, Phnom Penh- a vibrant capital, the white gold sand beach with blue turquoise sea water Preah Sihanouk province as well as stress-free and serenity Kampot and Kep coastal provinces, and other biodiversity and community-based eco-tourism northeastern provinces remain completely Safe, Accessible, and Fully Operational with our local people’s warm hospitality and caring nature,” the Ministry of Tourism stated in a recent announcement.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety and protection of tourists, with national and local authorities closely monitoring the situation and maintaining stability throughout the country.
